In Episode #48 Nonna Paolone‬ is teaching us how to make a classic dish from her region of Molise, Italy and it is called Baccala Arracanato with Potatoes and it is delicious!!! Baccala in America is known as Cod fish. #BaccalaArracanato is popular fish dish traditionally served on Christmas Eve or on Good Friday. It is full of flavors that include grapes, breadcrumbs and my favorite addition that Nonna likes to add which is potatoes. INGREDIENTS:

– Boneless Dried Salted COD Fish

– 2 Garlic Clove Chopped

– Parsley

– Olive Oil

– Pepper

– Garlic Powder

– Fish Seasoning (Use your favorite Fish Seasoning)

– Oregano

– 4 Potatoes (Sliced)

– 1 Red Onion Sliced

– Grapes (red or white)

– Plain Breadcrumbs

– Flour


Pre-Heat Oven to 375 Degree’s

Cooking time is over an hour or until Golden Brown.
