Ingredients for 10-12 people:
– 64 oz Tomato Sauce
– 1 ½ pounds of Ground Veal
– ½ pound of Ground Pork
– 1/4th of an Onion (chopped)
– Olive Oil
– 2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
– Garlic Salt (if you don’t have Garlic Salt use Garlic Powder and Salt)
– Salt
– Black Pepper
– Red Hot Pepper Flakes
– Parsley
– White Wine
– 28oz -32oz of Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
– Parmesan Cheese
– 3 Boxes of Bake Ready Lasagna
– Parchment paper
– Aluminum Foil
Baking Dish Used: 9.5 x 13.5 x 2 inches
Preheat oven and Cook at 350 degrees
Cook for for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
