Ingredients: – 3/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 9 Garlic Cloves chopped – Canned Anchovies – Red Pepper Flakes – Parsley (chopped) – Parmesan Reggiano grated cheese – Spaghetti

The Aglio e Olio will take about 7 to 11 minutes to cook on simmer (low heat). Cooking time depends on how you like your garlic. If you like your garlic brown and crispy then cook it on simmer until the garlic is crispy brown.
