INGREDIENTS:
– 4 Red Bell Peppers – Leftover Ciabatta Italian Bread cut into pieces – 4 or 5 Garlic Gloves chopped. – Parsley – ½ Chopped Onion – Sliced Olives (green and black olives) – Garlic Salt (if you don’t have garlic salt use Garlic powder and salt) – Black Pepper – Onion Powder – Salt – Olive Oil – ½ Cup of Chicken Broth – Parmesan Cheese – Plan Bread Crumbs – Mozzarella Cheese – 1 Egg – 10 to 12 pieces of white Crackers (crumbled) Preheat oven to 360 Place Bell Pepper on it’s side. Cover with tin foil. Cook for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours or until stuffing is golden brown. (After 30 minutes remove the tin foil.)
