RED BEAN RICE INGREDIENTS:
½ of Onion (Chopped)
Olive Oil
1 Canned bean (you can use whatever canned beans you like)
1 Cup of Converted Rice (Zeza uses Uncle Bens Original Converted Rice)
2 Cups of Water
2 Carrots (Sliced)
Parsley (Chopped)
2 Dried Bale Leaf.
Salt
Pepper
